Using This Site

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Products and Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
We work hard to describe products accurately, including dimensions, material, and compatibility. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors accurately.
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the site relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel an order if the information was wrong, even after the order was placed. If we cancel an order for that reason, you get a full refund.
Fit and Compatibility
Our frame connectors are made for specific pipe dimensions, which are stated on each product page. It is your responsibility to confirm what pipe you have before ordering.
If you are not sure, email us before you buy and we will help you work it out. We would rather answer the question than process a return.
Orders and Accounts
You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase information, and to keep your email and payment details up to date so we can complete your order and reach you if there is a problem.
We may attempt to contact you at the email address or phone number provided if we need to change or cancel an order.
Assumption of Risk
Whitewater boating and river running carry inherent risks, including risk of serious injury and death. Our products are components used to build raft frames. How a frame is designed, assembled, loaded, maintained, and used is entirely up to the person building and using it.
We do not publish load ratings and make no representation about the load any assembled frame can carry. You are responsible for inspecting your gear, building within your ability, and making your own judgments on the water.
Third-Party Links and Products
This site links to third-party websites and sells some products made by other companies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and products made by others carry their manufacturer’s warranty, not ours. Questions or complaints about a third-party product should go to that manufacturer, though we will help you find the right contact.
Reviews, Comments, and Submissions
If you post a review, comment, photo, or other submission to the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit, and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm that the submission is yours to give, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable, but we are not obligated to monitor submissions and we are not responsible for content posted by others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site, and supersede any earlier agreements or understandings.
