We are a small operation in Bend, Oregon. There is no call center and no ticket queue. You email us, one of us reads it, and you get an answer from somebody who has actually built a frame.

We answer within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. If you email on a Saturday in July, there is a decent chance we are on the water and you will hear back Monday.
Not Sure What Pipe You Have? Just Ask.
This is the question we get more than any other, and we would rather answer it than process a return.
Put calipers on your side rail, measure the outside diameter, and email us the number. We will tell you straight whether our fittings work on it. If they do not, we will tell you that too.
Not sure how to measure it, or working from a frame somebody else built? Send a photo with a tape measure across the pipe and we will work it out from there.
What to Include
You will get a faster answer if you tell us:
- Order questions. Your order number and the email you used at checkout
- Fit and sizing. Your pipe measurement, or your boat and what you are building
- Returns. Your order number and what you are sending back. Do not ship anything before we confirm it. See our Shipping and Returns page
- Warranty. Your order number, a photo of the part, and a sentence about what happened. See our Warranty page
- Build advice. Boat length and type, how many bays you are planning, and what you are rigging for
Local Pickup in Central Oregon
If you are in or around Bend, choose local pickup at checkout and skip the shipping cost. We will email you within one business day to sort out a time and place.
Coming from Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, or Prineville? Same deal. Pick it up and put the shipping money toward pipe.
Wholesale, Outfitters, and Bulk Orders
Running a commercial operation or outfitting more than one boat? Email us with what you are after and we will talk. We would rather build a relationship with an outfitter than run a rigid price list.
Working With Us on Content
Built something with our parts and want to show it off? Send photos. We are putting together a gallery of real frames on real water, and we will credit you and the river.
Writing about frame building, or running a channel and want to talk gear? Reach out. We are more interested in helping somebody make a good guide than in getting a logo on screen.
